1. Authentic Classic-Cocktail Pisco Sour Recipe
Both Peru and Chile claim that this traditional pisco cocktail is their national drink!
In a shaker, shake vigorously 2 oz of Pisco, ½ oz simple sugar syrup, 1 oz of each of fresh lime juice and fresh egg white, along with a few ice cubes. Strain the mixture into an old-fashioned glass. Now, pour 2-3 drops of angostura bitters. Use a straw to swirl up a simple design. Serve chilled with a lemon slice.

2. Peruvian Pisco Porton Cocktail (without Egg & Sugar)
Shake 1¾ oz of Pisco Porton, ¼ oz of fresh lemon juice, and 2-3 drops of bitters. Strain into cocktail glasses. Now, top with a little white wine or ginger beer and an apple slice.
